So I tried feeding Eliza some cereal a few weeks ago (Feb 12th). She responded about how I thought she would. "Uh - no thanks!" I swear that girls refuses to eat or drink anything unless it comes from me, which makes me life fairly restricted. I have tried giving her a bottle, sippy cup, cereal, and sweet potatoes, but she doesn't really do any of it. She seems more interested in the sippy cup, but she doesn't ever close her mouth, so as soon as it goes into her mouth, it comes right back out. I think she just likes to chew on the cup. I really hope she can figure something out in the next couple of months since today I bought tickets to go to the 25th anniversary concert of Les Miserable on May 28th and will be gone from her for about 6 hours. Otherwise she will be a very hungry, ornery baby.
