Coopster, C-Max, Coop-diggity

Sometimes I feel like since Cooper isn't spouting funny things all the time, he gets a little left out of the blogging conversations, so I thought I would give him his own post, and I will have things documented for myself since the last time I actually wrote in my journal I was pregnant with him (horrible, I know)! The title of this entry are just a few of the nick-names we have for him. He is such a fun baby and he loves to laugh. Today he was in the kitchen playing with something and TJ and I were in the living room reading a book and something made me laugh, and as soon as he heard me laughing he started laughing too. He just loves to laugh - I love that trait about him.

His bottom two teeth FINALLY broke through last week, so hopefully soon he will be able to chew some food instead of just inhaling it. He LOVES to eat and I can tell he is sick of the baby food - he wants a steak! He just has no interest in his food once I sit down to eat with something else, and he does a pretty good job of gumming things. He's had a grilled cheese sandwich the last few days for lunch, and that seems to keep him happy, unless I'm eating something else.
He loves to stand up and walk along the furniture, and he's even stood by himself in the middle of the floor until he realized what he was doing then he sat down again. He loves to play with toys and is quite good at entertaining himself for extended periods of time. He still loves to put EVERYTHING in his mouth, so I am constantly reminding TJ to keep his little toys off the floor - hard for a 3 yr old to do. Cooper loves to "shake it" and he bounces a lot when we sing the little "Coop - diggity" song we made up for him. Last weekend when Matthew was home Cooper really became attached to daddy and loved to play with him and have Matt hold him. I can't believe that he will be one next month! Where has the time gone? I sure love my Coopster!
