A few weeks ago Matthew and I were painting our living room, and after he gave me some painting tips, he said "Make sure you don't step in the paint". Not two minutes later he wasn't watching where he was going and he backed up and tipped the whole gallon of paint over on the new floor we put in a month ago. At first I was so mad and we both had no idea what to do. First he told me to get a towel, but that didn't do much and we just ended up throwing the towel away. Then he told me to get a spoon and he proceeded to scoop as much of the paint back into the can as possible. Then he got a spoung and went to work, and amazingly enough it all came out with just water. I was mad for about the first 5 minutes, but then I realized being mad wasn't getting us anywhere, so I decided to see the humor in it, and I laughed on and off for the rest of the night. I don't know if I would have found it quite as funny if it didn't come off though. :-) It took him about an hour to get it all cleaned up, but thankfully time was all we lost that night.
Below is Cooper on Christmas morning. He was asleep through a lot of the present opening, but here he is with a cute little bear my parents gave him. It's so hard to believe that he will be one next month!
Here is just a random picture of TJ. He went through a little stage where he liked to wear his winter hat around the house, so I thought I would document it. What a cheeser! Love that kid!
