We took TJ to the zoo for the first time a couple weeks ago and it was a fun time. He wasn't that crazy about most of the animals, but he LOVED feeding the goats. He wasn't afraid of them at all, and would just walk right up to them and pet them, and he would just laugh and laugh when they would eat out of his hand. I guess a petting zoo is more his style right now. It had been a while since Matthew and I had been to a zoo as well, so it was fun for us to see all the different animals.

Another exciting thing for us this summer is our garden. We live on the 3rd floor of our condo, but we have been able to grow a garden in some grow boxes and things are growing quite nicely. We have eaten a few salads from the lettuce in our gargen and are looking forward to eating the rest of the veggies when they're ready. We are growing broccoli, beans, peppers, zucchini, spinach, lettuce (2 kinds) tomatoes, cucumbers, snow peas, onions, cilantro, and beets. It's such a joy for me to look out my window at my garden each day and see it growing.

I had no idea you had a blog until I found the link on Michelles blog. This is fun but I always forget what I blog and what I put on the family website.
Well have a great day. I love the blog
