While we were in the state of IL, we HAD to make time to go down to Nauvoo. We met my younger sister there with her family (they live in Nebraska) and we had an awesome time! It was a little chilly (or a lot chilly) but we had a fun time anyway.

Matt and the boys on our walk down to the Fudge Factory

The kids with their treats from the Fudge Factory. A must when you are in Nauvoo.
The kiddos and I in front of the Nauvoo temple.
Eliza and I in the statue garden behind the visitor's center there.

The boys and I by the Mother and Son statue.
Overall we had a fabulous time, and we were so glad we were able to see Chalise and Ammon while we were there. What a wonderful trip!

I love your braids! You look so adorable. Everyone has gotten so big! I know you may not believe this for lack of my keeping in touch, but we still talk about you guys often, tell new friends about how we used to stay up too late playing games and end up sleeping over, and reminisce about how much we laugh together. Gosh I miss you.
