We added a few new members to our family (no, not Cooper). Some of our neighbors were getting rid of some guinea pigs so we decided to give the whole pet thing a try. Matt's not too excited about it, but I'm glad that I had pets growing up and I want our children to have that opportunity. I don't want a dog and Matt is allergic to cats (not that I want one of those either), so I think something like this is probably our best option. So we have two girl guinea pigs, named Cupcake and Mini Gili. We've had them for about a week and a half, so we'll see how this goes. So far, so good.

Aw so cute!!! Pets are always a good learning experience! I don't know what I would have done growing up without mine.
You have a Sally Forth!!!! Enjoy. I don't miss ours at all. But you knew that how I felt when she was alive :p
Awwwww, they are so cute! I used to have guinea pigs growing up. I am sure the kids are loving it.
