On Saturday, April 21 Matthew gave TJ his first haircut. Matthew didn't realize that it was a big deal to Valerie ("it's just a haircut") so he just took TJ out on the balcony and started cutting his hair. Valerie was on the phone and just happened to wander back to the bedroom about half way through and noticed what was going on so she quickly hung up so she could at least get some pictures - she wanted to save some hair but it had pretty much all blown away. Although Valerie really misses his curls, she has to admit that TJ looks very cute with his new "do". Matthew also learned that you never leave Mom out of any "firsts". :-)

He's so handsome! I've been debating get Cache's haircut and I'm going to wait since you did too! I don't want him to become a little man quite yet - but looks like TJ has!
